FFN Black Beauty Fly Rods

FFN"s Black Beauty's are black, basic black. A blending of the finest components and asthetics to reach the epitome of modern rodbuilding.

FFN Rods are offered in two configurations. Standard, to which you have many additional cost options, to customize the rod to your needs and desires. Black Beauty, FFN's top of the line, which has everything standard, and the only options are user preferences.

Standard FFN black blanks, with a UV finish, are already among the best in the industry, are the the base for the Black Beauties. The wraps are black. The guides, tip top, winding check are black. Only the cork handle and reel seat aren't black. But where black metal fittings are available on the reel seat they are used.

FFN Black Beauties are totally custom finished, and though we try to keep afew in stock, normally allow 4 weeks for delivery.

Specifications

• All Black Beauty Rods have Tungsten Nitride guides, tip tip and strippers.
• The stripper rings are Silicon Carbide.
• Anti-vibration or AV is standard.
• No charge options are name on rod, grip style, reel seat wood filler, matt finish or Dame Julianna measurements.

Reel seats

• On Trout Rods, 2 and 3 wt. the Struble blued U-20 is normal, 4 wt. and up the blued U-8.
• Cocobola filler is our choice, but any other can be ordered.
• The Salmon, Steelhead, Salt Water Flats Black Beauties have the Struble U-22 Titanium Reel Seat.
• Saltwater Lifting Rods and Noodle Rods have the U-6E, with screw out extension butt built in.
• U-22 and U-6E can be interchanged. For asthetics the U-22 is the choice, but for fighting alot of big fish for long periods, the U-6E can't be beat.

FFN fully warranties the workmanship and materials of the rods to original purchaser. Should you have a problem as a result of workmanship or materials, please send it back and we will repair or replace the damaged section. Damaged rods or blanks that are not due to these factors will be replaced at a reasonable cost.
