0 Model. 2, 3, & 4 wt. lines. When light lines and a Stop a Buick drag are required for large fish-New Zealand, Montana's Hebgen Lake and Lassen National Park's Manzanita Lake, for example.
Point .5 Model. A dedicated 5/6 that will balance equally beautifully with a new graphite or your grandfather's cane rod.
1 Model 6,7- and 8-weight lines. From heavy freshwater to light salt, this is the reel that makes the transition. A universal do it-all.
2 Model 7-,8- and 9-weight lines. This was our original reel in 1988. It puts the skids to everything from Mulchatna River sockeye salmon to Long Island Sound stripers to Christmas Island bonefish and trevally.
3N Model 7-,8-,9- and 10-weight lines.
Most anglers consider this the perfect bonefish, steelihead/Atlantic salmon
reel. It's also stopped dorado, skipjack tuna and, believe it or not, a
marlin!
