Rainy's Foam Poppers
Closed cell foam that is firm, yet flexible. Great tor all your salt and fresh water poppers. Can be colored easily with Pantone or Chartpak markers or acrylic paint. Prismatic tape can also be used to cover bodies. Shapes easily by using scissors and/or a Dremel tool with a fine grit sanding tool.
