Blued Nickle Silver -FlyBuy has blued Nickle Silver trout reel seats which allows a very attractive, distinctive steel blue finish. In use, wear areas develope a subtle patina. FlyBuy stocks the U-8 and U-20 blued, but can supply any nickle silver Light Trout or Trout Struble blued for an additional 12.50.
U-20 Uplocking Seat. A smaller diameter uplocking nick-silver seat with a high gloss wood insert. Show above in maple. It is distinctively designed using a fine-threaded body. The slip ring is machine contoured inside and out and will not tilt when the fine diamond knurled lock nut tis tightened. The seat is upplied with a precision-cut contoured cork ring to cover the machined front retainer which has a flange to serve as a finishing ring when covered by a contoured cork ring.

U-8 Uplocking Seat. An uplocking companiuon to the D-8 Downlocking seat. The U-8 retains all of the elegant features of the D-8 with its slim design and delicate appearance. The U-8 comes with a contoured cork ring, unpolished retainer and end cap. The fine threads along the body ensure a secure fit at both ends of the reel foot. High gloss cocobolo finsihed insert. Option: FB-8 Nickel -Silver Fighting Butt and RBP-8 Removable Butt Plug.

D-2 Down Sliding Band Reel Seat. For smallest diameter rods. Designed with raised, finely knurled end cap, slip ring and oil finished teakwood insert which has been routed to receive the reel foot. Recommended for smaller rods and used with reels having a narrow foot. Not recommended for use with a Pfleuger reel. Transition ring is placed between cork and teakwood insert to give this beautifully designed seat the final touch of elegance. Unassembled.
