Virtual Streams is a program created to allow Flyfisherman to share information about Streams, favorite fly patterns, and hatches on the streams. It also contains a fishing journal where you can record the fish you have caught on the stream and in a particular area of the stream. You can create your own stream or import another stream created by another person. You can use to plan a trip and keep valuable information for that stream. You can create a hatch library for the stream. It contains emergence dates, fly pattern imitations, descriptions and images of all stages of the insects. Virtual Streams is your personal guide through the streams of America and the World.

• Virtual Streams is organized by State, Region, and Stream Name. You can also look at all of the streams you have on your computer.
• When you view a stream, it is organized by areas. The areas contain information about that particular area, type of water, type of bottom, or a favorite fly for that area. It can include a picture of the area and the map will scroll to that area on the map.
• A fishing Journal that you can customize to your individual taste, the journal is area specific.
• A Hatch Library can be created for each stream showing insects that live in that stream.
