C.Pain, best quality hand planned fly rods, are produced in China, in the vicintiy where the best bamboo cane is native and grown.

There having the selected first choice, the cane is sorted and aged. The finest sticks are split, hand planed and glued into C. Pain fly rods.

These rods have American technology behind the manufacturing. The style has been evolved over a hundred years, seeing, holding, casting one will no doubt bring about the design heritage.

C.Pain's initial model 101 is after one of the greatest all time fly rod tapers, the Payne 101. This 7' 6" 2piece rod will cover the majority of trout fishing situations.
Unique in that normal fishing a 5 wt. allows normal usage for all casters fishing nymphs, dries, wets or streamers. For those who are more advanced in their casting and fishing, it cast a 4 wt. with authority, and delicate presentations.

Using the finest fittings, these C.Pains don't have the look and feel of quality. They are best quality.
